• Hip and Elbow Dysplasia Guarantee

Aus Dem Soldate will guarantee your puppies Hips and Elbows through a recognized
registry (OFA, SV or USA ), Radio graphs are necessary for replacement puppy. X-ray films of the pups hips/elbows, showing proper positioning, and meeting OFA, SV
or USA standards, must be submitted to OFA, SV or USA for evaluation at the owners expense, between the age of 12- 14 months.  If in the OFA' s evaluation, shows evidence of Hip/Elbow dysplasia, the buyer can choose from one the following options:

• a. Return the pup, and receive a replacement pup from the next available litter, not necessarily of the same breeding
  

                                 OR

• b. Keep the pup, and receive 1/2 off the purchase price of a replacement pup. Breeder requires proof of spay or neuter of the dysplastic pup before honoring guarantee.
  

   All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

    If no hip/elbow x-ray and evaluation is done at 12-16 months of age from DOB  this guarantee becomes null and void!

By signing this contract, the buyer acknowledges they have been informed young
bones do not properly calcify until 12 months of age. Buyer acknowledges we will guarantee the hips and elbows until 26 months of age, providing the buyer agrees they will not allow environmental conditions to adversely affect the development of the hip and elbow structure. Buyer will provide a certified nutritionally complete food that will not promote excessive growth or obescity. Buyer will provide regular
moderate exercise. The buyer is aware if they allow the dog to engage in activities that would stress the hips before the age of 12 months the hip and elbow guarantee becomes null and void. Activities include, but limited to, exercise on hard unyielding surfaces, continuous running, repetitive jumping, jumping higher than their elbow, training in competitive dog sports, or any activity that may cause injury.

• Maintenance and health Care

Buyer agrees to provide proper exercise to maintain this puppy in proper weight and physical shape. Buyer also understands the importance of mental exercise and agrees to provide the puppy with adequate attention and stimulation, and to never leave the puppy unattended for unreasonable periods of time, your german shepherd is never to be tied outside ,a fenced area is ok . Buyer agrees to work on Basic obedience for communication with their puppy. Buyer also agrees to maintain the puppy in good health throughout it's lifetime, and to provide the necessary routine preventive health care, including, but not limited to, yearly check-ups, inoculations, internal and external parasites, and - where
indicated - heart worm preventive medication and flea/tick preventatives. No undue
pressure such as strenuous running, jumping, jumping over the height of the elbows,
or descending of steep surfaces is to be put on the joints of this puppy before the age
of 12 months.

• Registration

Buyer will receive all necessary paperwork to obtain a limited registration certificate for their puppy through the American Kennel Club. The registration will remain limited until the Buyer provides the Seller with proof of the puppy's passing hip certifications through the OFA, SV or USA) and proof that the dog earned a performance title (Schutzhund, herding, agility, therapy dog), at which time the seller will grant the puppy and Buyer with full registration through the AKC  at no cost to you.

• Aus Dem Soldate- kennel name

Buyer agrees that the puppy will be registered under the kennel name of Aus Dem Soldate.

Any other name of registration null and voids all guarantees and contract ! ! !

• First right of refusal

If at any time during the life of the dog, the Buyer can no longer keep the dog or
plans to sell, or give the dog as a gift, Buyer agrees to notify Seller, and Seller will
be given the first right of refusal to repurchase the dog at fair market value.

• Liability

At time of delivery Buyer assumes full liability for the Dog and it's actions. The Seller releases all ownership responsibilities to the Buyer and makes no written or
expressed warranties for the future handling of the Dog.

• Conditions of this Guarantee

This guarantee applies to the dog's original owner. In order to receive your
replacement puppy, you must first have a signed detailed letter from your
veterinarian explaining the genetic problem. This guarantee does not cover injuries
or problems that arise from enviromental (man made) health and tempramental issues.
All replacement puppies will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value to the
original purchase price. No replacement will be given if the dog or bitch has been bred. All puppies returned for replacement must be in good physical condition. Owner is responsible for all transportation and registration transfer cost. Aus Dem Soldate will not replace any puppy without a complete health record.

  This contract must be signed and in our possession before any puppy is picked up or shipped from our home.

   We also understand that many people have a problem with buying a puppy with a limited registration, I empathize with you, but we also do this to ensure the safety of our puppies and that they  are going to a loving home . We do not require much to make your registration un-limited ! Our requirements are attainable by ANYONE.We would also enjoy helping you with the process.We have many friends with years of knowledge!  We can also recommend trainers that can accomodate what you want to achieve from basic house manners and obedience to Schutzhund and Ring Training. There are Trainers available that we will recommend that also do in house board and train.

We are very understanding people and will work with you, our contract is not SET IN STONE.
